These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website catdogcentral.com (the “Site”), published by Sowitty (the “Publisher”). By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms in full and without reservation. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides free editorial content about pets — including dogs, cats, and exotic animals — such as care guides, breed information, training advice, and related articles. The Site may also offer a newsletter and, where enabled, the ability for Users to post comments. The Publisher may moderate, edit, or remove any comment or User-submitted material, in particular where it does not comply with these Terms, without notice and without justification.

The Site is published by Sowitty, a French société à responsabilité limitée (SARL) with share capital of €120,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS Paris) under number 497 912 618, whose registered office is at 66 rue René Boulanger, 75010 Paris, France. Article 5 — Access and Use of the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with internet access. All costs relating to internet access are borne by the User. The Publisher makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may not be held liable for events beyond its control, including force majeure, network failures, or maintenance. Where the User subscribes to the newsletter, they undertake to provide accurate information. Minors must obtain the authorisation of a parent or legal guardian before providing any personal information.
